Quality Management
Our objective is to be known as a consultancy that delivers high quality to its clients. It is imperative that we implement a set of measures designed to assure that quality. As a rule key deliverables are always internally reviewed with regard to content integrity by at least one internal reviewer (non author of the deliverable) with adequate content qualifications. Key documents are also reviewed with regard to the consistency, comprehensiveness and language use of the executive summary of the document. Key deliverables will be issued after receiving the stamp “good for delivery” by the person responsible for quality management.
