ATRAK - Flight Billing and Statistics
The ATRAK-BS® - Billing and Statistics system from LAIC provides a complete solution for Air Navigation Service Providers, delivering a powerful billing management, billing reporting, and statistical analysis solution, in one comprehensive package.
Background
The ATRAK-BS system is the culmination of many years of development and collaboration with Air Navigation Service Providers, working within the industry, and fully understanding the technical and financial constraints to ensuring maximum return on capital investment made through billing of flight traffic and ground services.
The result is a cost-effective, highly scalable system which increases efficiency, productivity and significantly improves cash-flow through automating the generation of accurate invoicing of flights and services. ATRAK-BS is fully compliant with the Central Route Charges Office of Eurocontrol.
Billing
The system automatically collates base flight data from the relevant Flight Data Processing system, whilst allowing members of the charges office to clear errors insert or delete flights and supplement the data with additional information. This automation leads to improved staff productivity and efficiency, accurate invoicing and a significant reduction in the billing cycle and the flexible and comprehensive features ensure users have complete control over the billing and flight analysis process, enabling them to deliver a more cost effective and comprehensive service to their customers and partners alike.
Reporting
The system is fully integrated with the COGNOS® graphical reporting toolset, automatically updating it during periodic processing, and generating reports for statistical and analytical purposes. The system generated reports can be viewed on screen or printed, and include: -
Selected Flights ReportDetails such as, flight date, departure/arrival aerodrome, operator, and flight identification and a summary report shows, number of flights, aircraft, MTOW, distances etc..
Detailed Flight ReportProvides more details such as identification code, aircraft type, flight rules, entry points and times, speed and level, as well as details on trajectory and full flight plan. Invoicing
Invoice reports can be interrogated on screen by various selection criteria such as, customer reference number, period, and invoice number. Invoices can be customised to suit specific requirements with system generated headers, footers and orientation.
Invoices can be directly exported into Microsoft Excel Format files for further manipulation and management reporting.
Statistics
ATRAK-BS generates comprehensive statistics represented in a multidimensional way. The output can be in a number of forms, either as a table, chart or both. Formats include Simple Bar, Pie, Clustered Bar, Stacked Bar, Multiline and 3D Bar. Report can be printed, exported to PDF, XLS or CSV formats, or saved as a URL.
ANSP - Management Information Portal
The ATRAK-MIP® - Management Information Portal provides a high-level view of the entire organisations’ key performance areas. Dynamically updated by ATRAK-BS and the ATRAK-BFMS® financial accounting system it can also be interfaced with other modules as required to build a valuable repository delivering crucial information to management in a clear and powerful way.
